There will be NO REFUNDS for any items listed on the site. Items can be exchanged under certain circumstances, such as an item not properly functioning. You will be responsible for shipping the item back and for us to ship out a new item.
To be eligible for an exchange, we must be notified with pictures and/or video within 1 HOUR of receiving the damaged item for the item to be replaced. This error must be due to our fault not the fault of the carrier. We are not responsible for the carriers. Once it receives a tracking number it is no longer in our hands. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Such as a order number received from the email on file.
The item MUST be sent back within 5-7 days of the approval for store credit. Once your return is received, we will send you a email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. When it is approved then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account as store credit. Shipping will be excluded from the store credit received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When receiving store credit please understand shipping costs will not be included.
