Shipping and billing addresses must match unless you can provide IMMEDIATE proof! When providing proof of address it must be reflected as some type of bill i.e. (utility bill, home/rental or any other insurance information, etc.) NO JUNK MAIL!
All items will be shipped Monday-Friday only. Anything placed on Saturday-Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday morning. All orders have 2-3 business days for processing, and after it has been processed it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow at least 5 business days after your order has been processed to receive your tracking number. Please understand your package could arrive before the time listed above.
All orders will REQUIRE a signature due to the fact that anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to have these items in their possession. Please understand that you must be home to receive your package due to the fact it has to be signed for. Once your order has been shipped you will be updated via email, also it will be your responsibility to follow up with the status of your package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We advise customers to make sure their shipping address is correct before placing the order. There will be a $5 fee if a correction has to be made IF the package has NOT already been sent.
